Lisa M. Frame is an over-achieving Southern-gal. A native of Western NC, Lisa has since settled in the Charlotte, NC, area. She considers herself a true social media pioneer, having met her husband in a chat room in 1998 (the original Twitter). You can find her tweeting and sharing her opinions at all hours of the day with a strong cup of coffee in one hand, iPhone in the other.
Blogging since 2002, Lisa has developed a solid community and has turned many in her social network into her real life network. As a freelance writer Lisa has written on assignment for The Savvy Source, Tech Savvy Mama, MomLogic, Intel’s My Life Scoop, Home Made Simple, Safely, Life360 among many others, and has been quoted by Forbes Woman. Lisa is the former Charlotte Editor for SavvySource.com. Sadly her son is now a tween and too cool for pre-school events.
As part of the groundbreaking #Tweeta20, Lisa was featured in the Chronicle of Philanthropy for social media fundraising. Lisa was the Community Manager of the Toyota Women Influencers Network (TWIN) for the Clever Girls Collective. As chief blogger for Picaboo.com, Lisa worked in an effort to boost customer loyalty, building brand voice and optimizing social presence. She currently works for Everywhere Agency as the voice behind Let’s Win, an interactive community for pancreatic cancer patients and their families
When she’s not wearing the keys off of her laptop, Lisa is behind the lens of her camera (Canon) or traipsing around the world collecting stories. She has a knack for cooking memorable meals (some for the wrong reasons) and lives as green as possible, all while obsessing over the perfect felt-tip pen and grey nail polish.
For many reasons, but mainly due to all of the above, Lisa’s husband has nicknamed her “whirling dervish.”
